GLOWSAR Accounts Receivable System is a multi-user, multiclient package
designed with an optional interface to the GLOWS general ledger system.
Invoices may be created for cash sales, as hand invoices, from sales orders, or
input directly for regular invoices. System features include automatic
calculation of discount amount, discount date, due date, sales tax, and
unlimited goods and services codes each with up to five prices which can be
designated if subject to tax or commissions. Customers may be defined as either
open item or balance forward. Automatic calculation of sales commissions is
based on net or gross sales. The system allows for multiple accounts
receivable, shipping, discounts, and delinquency accounts.
